Common use of Teaching Periods Clause in Contracts

Teaching Periods. The daily teaching load for employees shall not exceed five (5) periods, except by mutual consent of the employee and the administration. 1. No employee shall be required to teach more than three (3) consecutive class periods except by mutual consent of the employee and the administration. 2. No employee shall be required to teach more than three different subject preparations except by mutual consent of the employee and the administration.
