As in the past, adjustment by compensatory time or pay will be provided for teachers traveling during their lunch or preparation time4th Wednesday count day. F. Assignment of classes and responsibilities to teachers will be rotated among teachers so that no teacher is continually assigned to classes requiring extra preparation or teaching duties. When staff is assigned to more than one building, special coordination will be used to prevent preparation overload. G. To the extent finances allow, teachers in grade 7-12 will not be expected to prepare for more than three classes per semester, except by mutual consent.
