Teachers Teaching on Call placed on the Teacher Teaching on Call list after July 1, 2002, who are not covered by 1.3 above, shall be paid a daily rate according to the provisions of the Column A agreement.

Teachers Teaching on Call shall have access to the Provincial Extended Health Benefit Plan. TTOCs accessing the Plan shall pay 100 per cent (100%) of the premium costs.

Teachers Teaching on Call shall not be subject to any of the provisions of this Agreement other than this Article and any other Article where so specifically stated, except: Sexual Harassment Grievance Procedure Arbitration Labour Disputes Personnel Files Extra Curricular Activities
