TAXES, DUTIES AND FEES. A. Each Party shall ensure exemption of all applicable taxes and duties that would be collected by customs authorities, and in accordance with its laws and regulations, each Party shall make reasonable efforts to facilitate exemption of fees, for the importation and exportation to and from its territory of goods and software that are necessary for the implementation of this Framework Agreement.
