TAXES, DUTIES AND FEES. A. The price stated is exclusive of any taxes. Buyer shall be directly responsible for all federal, state, local and municipal taxes, excise taxes or tariffs now in effect, or hereafter enacted, that are applicable to the transactions between Seller and Buyer. If Seller is required to pay any such tax, fee or charge, Buyer shall reimburse Seller therefor.
