Common use of Tax Identification Number Clause in Contracts

Tax Identification Number. No later than the date of Artist’s execution of this Agreement, Artist shall provide City with Artist’s Tax Identification Number and any proof of Artist’s Tax Identification Number as requested by City.

Tax Identification Number. No later than the date of ArtistARTIST’s execution of this Agreement, Artist ARTIST shall provide City with ArtistARTIST’s Tax Identification Number and any proof of ArtistARTIST’s Tax Identification Number as requested by City. ARTIST shall notify City of any change in ARTIST’s Tax Identification Number.
