Tasks/Requirements. 2.1 Contractor’s responsibilities – the Contractor shall maintain: 2.1.1 Project management software to support delivery of services 2.1.2 Computer backup service hosted in the cloud 2.1.3 A web form hosting platform 2.1.4 Ticketing, fundraising, subscription management, and calendaring software 2.1.5 Customer relationship management software to manage customer relationships 2.1.6 Streaming software for Producers to send content to the public channels remotely
Tasks/Requirements. Contractor’s Responsibilities 3.1. Contractor Qualifications The Contractor shall 3.1.1. Have and provide all licenses for all Medical Doctors (“MD”)s and Registered Nurse (“RN”) staff members with the Offer, and at any time during the contract period, upon request from the City within two (2) business days. 3.1.2. Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience successfully performing similar services. 3.1.3. Be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 3.1.4. Have one or more facilities where services can be conducted within the corporate city limits of Austin, Texas. 3.1.5. All medical services shall be provided by a RN, PA, or Physician. All employee examinations shall be conducted at a medical facility. A mobile test facility is not acceptable. 3.1.6. The Contractor shall perform all services at its local business locations as required in accordance with and subject to the applicable security laws, rules, and regulations. The Contractor acknowledges that it has satisfied itself as to the nature of the City’s service requirements and specifications, the location and essential characteristics of the work sites, the quality and quantity of materials, equipment, labor, and facilities necessary to perform the services, and any other condition or state of fact which could in any way affect the performance of the Contractor’s obligations under the contract.
Tasks/Requirements. 4.1 Contractor's Minimum Qualifications & Experience 4.1.1 The Contractor shall have a minimum of three years of experience in providing bibliographic database services with bibliographic MARC formats/records/standards. 4.1.2 The Contractor shall currently service at least three libraries of a comparable size to APL. 4.1.3 The Contractor shall be flexible and willing to meet any special circumstances or changing needs that may occur during the term of the contract. 4.1.4 Include references in section 0700 to document that Contractor meets these minimum requirements.

  • Time Requirements The Independent Contractor will not be required to follow or establish a regular or daily work schedule, but shall devote during the term of this Agreement the time, energy and skill as necessary to perform the services of this engagement and shall, periodically or at any time upon the request of the Company, submit information as to the amount of time worked and scope of work performed.

  • DBE Requirements 7.1.1 TxDOT’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Special Provisions applicable to the Project are set forth in Exhibit 6. The purpose of the DBE Special Provisions is to ensure that DBEs shall have an equal opportunity to participate in the performance of contracts financed in whole or in part with federal funds. DB Contractor shall comply with all applicable requirements set forth in the DBE Special Provisions and TxDOT’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program applicable to comprehensive design-build agreement projects and adopted pursuant to 49 CFR Part 26, and the provisions in DB Contractor’s approved DBE Performance Plan, set forth in Exhibit 7. The approved overall DBE participation goal for the Project is established as 6% of the Price. 7.1.2 DB Contractor shall exercise good faith efforts to achieve such DBE participation goal for the Project through implementation of DB Contractor’s approved DBE Performance Plan. DB Contractor shall include provisions to effectuate the requirements of Section 7.1.1 in every Subcontract (including purchase orders and in every subcontract of any DB Contractor-Related Entity for the Work), and shall require that they be included in all Subcontracts at lower tiers, so that such provisions will be binding upon each Subcontractor. 7.1.3 DB Contractor shall not cancel or terminate any Subcontract with a DBE firm except in accordance with all requirements and provisions applicable to cancellation or termination of Subcontracts with DBE firms set forth in the DBE Special Provisions in Exhibit 6.
