Target Delisting Sample Clauses

Target Delisting. Subject to applicable Laws, the Buyer and Target shall use their commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Target Shares to be delisted from the TSXV and removed from the OTCQB, with effect promptly following the Effective Time. No Party will take any action with respect to the foregoing that would cause the Target Shares to be delisted from the TSXV or removed from the OTCQB prior to the Effective Time.
