Common use of System Costs Clause in Contracts

System Costs. All System Costs are paid out of Window 1 in their entirety based on a principle of equitable cost sharing under which Window 1 will be reimbursed proportionally by the CSP taken from all other (non-Window 1) funds contributed to the CGIAR Fund and Bilateral Funds. In addition, the following are deposited into Window 1: (a) any refunds from recipients, including the Trustee and Fund Office, regardless of the Window from which the funds were originally received, (b) any investment income generated by funds held in the CGIAR Fund, (c) the CSP amounts from Windows 2 and 3 and the Provisional Account, and (d) the Bilateral Portion of System Costs.
