SYSTEM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT. A. Establishment and Purpose In compliance with Section 204, Title II, of the Railway Labor Act, as amended, there is hereby established a System Board of Adjustment (“System Board” or “Board”) for the purpose of adjusting and deciding disputes which may arise out of the interpretation and/or application of the Agreement or an alleged violation of the Agreement, or disciplinary or discharge action taken against a Ramp Agent. Such Board shall be known as the “Spirit Airlines Ramp Agent System Board of Adjustment”.
