Common use of Syndication Agreement Clause in Contracts

Syndication Agreement. (i) On the execution date of the Trust Agreement, Mx. Xxxxx Axxxx and the Offeror, with the intervention of Mxx. Xxxx Xxxxxx, shall execute a share syndication agreement regarding the HG Shares (including the Tori Shares) (the “Syndication Agreement”), in the form attached as Annex A of this Supplementary Agreement.
