Common use of Syndication Agent and Co-Documentation Agents Clause in Contracts

Syndication Agent and Co-Documentation Agents. Neither the Syndication Agent nor any Co-Documentation Agent shall have any rights, powers, obligations, liabilities, responsibilities or duties under the Loan Documents other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the persons identified as “Syndication Agent” or “Co-Documentation Agent” shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender or Issuing Bank. Each of the Lenders and the Issuing Banks acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the persons so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.
