Common use of Syndication Agent and Co-Documentation Agents Clause in Contracts

Syndication Agent and Co-Documentation Agents. The Lenders identified in this Agreement as Syndication Agent and as Co-Documentation Agents shall not have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders as such. Without limiting the foregoing, the Syndication Agent and the Co-Documentation Agents shall not have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender.
