Common use of Syndication Agent and Co-Documentation Agents Clause in Contracts

Syndication Agent and Co-Documentation Agents. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the Arrangers, the Syndication Agent and the Co-Documentation Agents named on the cover page of this Agreement shall not have any duties or liabilities under this Agreement, except in their capacity, if any, as a Lenders or as otherwise expressly set forth in this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, no such Person shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any other Lender.
