Common use of Syndication Agent and Co-Documentation Agents Clause in Contracts

Syndication Agent and Co-Documentation Agents. None of the Syndication Agent and the Co-Documentation Agents shall have any rights, obligations, liabilities, responsibilities or duties under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Lenders. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Syndication Agent and the Co-Documentation Agents shall have or be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender hereby makes the same acknowledgements with respect to the Syndication Agent and the Co-Documentation Agents as it makes with respect to the Agent in Section 10.11.
