Suspension of Service We may suspend Service at any time, without liability and immediately by reasonable notice to you (except in the case of an emergency or your death), if:
Suspension of Services We have the right to suspend the benefit of any Credit Union service at any time for reasonable cause. At Our discretion, We also have the right to pay any share draft presented for payment from Your Account after Your Account is closed or suspended and to recover such amount paid from You. Account services are available to those members in good standing with the Credit Union. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services to a member who is not in good standing, which includes members that have: (a) a delinquent loan; (b) a primary Share Account balance below the $5.00 minimum; (c) an unresolved deposited returned check; (d) any unpaid and uncollected fees; or (e) a negative balance on an Account. ASSIGNABILITY. You may not assign or transfer any interest in Your Account.
Service Suspension 8.1 By giving reasonable notice to you, or if this is not practicable, such notice as is reasonably practicable in the circumstances, we may suspend the Service (or any part of the Service) for reasons to include but not limited to:

Optional Service EU Access is an optional service that may be offered by SAP. SAP shall provide the Cloud Service eligible for EU Access solely for production instances in accordance with this Section 9. Where EU Access is not expressly specified and agreed in the Order Form, this Section 9 shall not apply.
Service Period The Service Period of this Agreement is for 1 year in respect of the unit and starts on the Start Date as defined in the Terms and Conditions, or, in the case of an extension of renewal of the provision of Support Services, starts on the date of payment of the Charges.
EXTENDED SERVICE 156 Upon application, a military leave of absence (without pay) will be granted to employees who are employed in other than temporary positions. This applies to employees who are inducted through a selective service system or voluntary enlistment, or if the employee is called through membership in the National Guard or reserve component into the Armed Forces of the United States.
Suspension of Work The Department may, at its sole discretion, suspend any or all activities under the Contract, at any time, when it is in the best interest of the State of Florida to do so. The Customer may suspend a resulting contract or purchase order, at any time, when in the best interest of the Customer to do so. The Department or Customer will provide the Contractor written notice outlining the particulars of the suspension. After receiving a suspension notice, the Contractor must comply with the notice and will cease the performance of the Contract or purchase order. Suspension of work will not entitle the Contractor to any additional compensation. The Contractor will not resume performance of the Contract or purchase order until so authorized by the Department.
Suspension for Ongoing Harm Oracle may suspend Customer’s or Users’ access to, or use of, the Services if Oracle believes that (a) there is a significant threat to the functionality, security, integrity, or availability of the Services or any content, data, or applications in the Services; (b) Customer or Users are accessing or using the Services to commit an illegal act; or (c) there is a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. When reasonably practicable and lawfully permitted, Oracle will provide Customer with advance notice of any such suspension. Oracle will use reasonable efforts to re-establish the Services promptly after Oracle determines that the issue causing the suspension has been resolved. During any suspension period, Oracle will make Customer Data (as it existed on the suspension date) available to Customer. Any suspension under this Section shall not excuse Customer from Customer’s obligation to make payments under this Agreement.
