Common use of Suspension or Restriction of Service Clause in Contracts

Suspension or Restriction of Service. 19.1. Cincinnati Bell may suspend or restrict the use of Service (i) upon prior notification if the operations or efficiency of the Service is impaired by the use of the Account; or (ii) at any time any amount is past due from Customer to Cincinnati Bell; or (iii) at any time there has been or is any breach of these Terms and Conditions. Cincinnati Bell shall have no responsibility to notify any third party of such termination or suspension.
