Suspension or Discharge Grievance to Step 2. Grievances Filed At Step 2 Group and policy grievances or grievances concerning the suspension or dismissal of an employee may be initiated at Step 2 of the grievance procedure and must be submitted within ten (10) calendar days of the date the situation arose that led to the grievance.
