Common use of Suspension and Dismissal Clause in Contracts

Suspension and Dismissal. After all proceedings provided under Article 13 if applicable.  The superintendent may terminate or suspend without pay clerical staff members who are not under contract. The superintendent shall report any such termination or suspension to the Board of Education.
