Supply Source Clause Samples
Supply Source. Liberty will offer for sale or locate a source for purchasing supplies, forms and equipment that may be necessary to conduct the Franchised Business, as reasonably determined by Liberty.

If Viking determines in good faith that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ may not be able to obtain regulatory approval for the Manufacturing Line and [...***...] Facility prior to the date on which Viking plans to file the New Drug Application in the United States for the Product, then Corden shall be required to meet the additional Milestone Conditions specified in the Exhibit 1 to the Prepayment Agreement. Viking shall make such determination in good faith, including considering in good faith any information or comments provided by ▇▇▇▇▇▇. In addition, without limitation of any of Corden’s other obligations and liabilities and any of Viking’s rights and remedies under the Operative Documents, Corden may Manufacture API using the [...***...] Line at the [...***...] Facility (i) for the Manufacturing of API under Section 2.2 and to the extent required under Section 2.3.2 and (ii) with the written consent of Viking, to the extent that Corden is unable to perform its obligation to Manufacture API under this Agreement using the [...***...]
Supply Source. KMBS supplies will be used under this agreement for KMBS Hardware. For non- KMBS Products KMBS will provide fully compatible toner and print cartridges for use in covered Hardware.
Supply Source. Corden shall Manufacture Product using the Manufacturing Facility. For the avoidance of any doubt, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall bear all cost and expense in connection with the use, qualification, regulatory approvals, and any other similar costs and expenses of the Manufacturing Facility and Corden’s or its Affiliates’ other manufacturing capacity.
