Common use of Supplied Materials Clause in Contracts

Supplied Materials. Tandem will provide the Subcontractor with Supplied Materials in accordance with TPS-OPS-IAG- MAN-0831 Subcontractor Work Order Management Manual. Supplied Materials for each Work Order will be limited to those items set out in the purchase order which is part of the Work Order as may be amended from time to time. As between Tandem and the Subcontractor, title in all Supplied Materials remains at all times with Tandem.
