Supervisory Responsibilities. The General Agent shall be responsible for the training, supervision, control and conduct of the Appointed Agents in connection with their activities as insurance agents hereunder. The General Agent shall supervise compliance by the Appointed Agents in respect of all the terms and conditions of this Agreement in the performance of all activities with respect to the subject matter hereof. The General Agent shall not be responsible for the training, supervision, control or conduct of the Appointed Agents in their capacity as Representatives of the Broker-Dealer.
