SUNDRY ITEMS Clause Samples
The 'Sundry items' clause serves as a catch-all provision to address miscellaneous matters not specifically covered elsewhere in a contract. It typically includes provisions related to minor supplies, incidental expenses, or additional services that may arise during the execution of the agreement. By including this clause, the contract ensures that any unforeseen or minor items are accounted for, thereby preventing disputes over small or incidental issues and promoting comprehensive coverage of all potential obligations.
