Common use of Summer Session Clause in Contracts

Summer Session. A list of Faculty Members by department in the order of their current year summer session priorities will be prepared and distributed to all the members of the division by each Xxxx within twenty (20) working days after the beginning of the fall semester. Any problems respecting the equitable application of departmental designation for winter or summer session priorities will be resolved by the concerned Xxxx and the President of the Federation, or designee, prior to June 1st for winter session and December 1st for summer session. The decision of the Xxxx and the Federation President, or designee, is final and binding and is not subject to the grievance procedure.
