Summer School Program. A. Positions in the Southington Summer School Program shall, to the extent possible, be filled by regularly appointed teachers in the Southington Public Schools. B. In filling such positions, consideration shall be given to a teacher's area of competence, major and/or minor field of study and quality of teaching performance.
