Summer Only Contract. A Student requesting a Summer Only Contract may move-in the Wednesday following commencement and may occupy the room until noon on the Monday after Finals for Summer Semester.

WHOLE AND ONLY AGREEMENT 34.1 The Parties hereby confirm that this Agreement constitutes the whole and only agreement between them with regard to the subject matter of this Agreement.
ENTIRETY OF CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT The COUNTY and the CONTRACTOR agree that this Contract sets forth the entire agreement between the parties, and that there are no promises or understandings other than those stated herein. None of the provisions, terms and conditions contained in this Contract may be added to, deleted, modified, superseded or otherwise altered, except by written instrument executed by the parties hereto.
CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT The contractor shall at all times observe and comply with federal and State laws, local laws, ordinances, orders, and regulations existing at the time of or enacted subsequent to the execution of this contract which in any manner affect the completion of the work. The contractor shall indemnify and save harmless the agency and all its officers, representatives, agents, and employees against any claim or liability arising from or based upon the violation of any such law, ordinance, regulation, order or decree by an employee, representative, or subcontractor of the contractor.
Grouping of contracts To the extent practicable, contracts for goods shall be grouped in bid packages estimated to cost $100,000 equivalent or more each.
Sub-Contract The contractor shall not subcontract any or all of the supply without written consent of the purchaser. The contractor shall solely be responsible to the Purchaser for all the supply including that of the sub-contractor, if allowed by the purchaser
SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ASSIGNMENT Terms and conditions shall be in accordance with the Agreement, any Special Conditions, and with this Assignment.
SUB-CONTRACTS (a) The Servicer may sub-contract or delegate the performance of all or any of its powers and obligations under this Agreement, provided that (but subject to Section 3.2(b)):
SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT The following Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) shall supplement and/or amend the General Conditions of Contract (GCC).Whenever there is a conflict, the provisions herein shall prevail over those in the GCC. Indemnity for Underlying Sales and Supplemental Agreements Vendor shall be solely responsible for any customer claims or any disputes arising out of TIPS Sales or any Supplemental Agreement as if sold in the open-market. The Parties agree that TIPS shall not be liable for any claims arising out of Vendor’s TIPS Sales or Supplemental Agreements, including but not limited to: allegations of product defect or insufficiency, allegations of service defect or insufficiency, allegations regarding delivery defect or insufficiency, allegations of fraud or misrepresentation, allegations regarding pricing or amounts owed for TIPS sales, and/or allegations regarding payment, over-payment, under-payment, or non-payment for TIPS Sales. Payment/Drafting, overpayment/over-drafting, under- payment/under-drafting, or non-payment for TIPS Sales between customer and Vendor and inspections, rejections, or acceptance of such purchases shall be the exclusive respective obligations of Vendor/Customer, and disputes shall be handled in accordance with the terms of the underlying Supplemental Agreement(s) entered into between Vendor and Customer. Vendor acknowledges that TIPS is not a dealer, subcontractor, agent, or reseller of Vendor’s goods and services and shall not be responsible for any claims arising out of alleged insufficiencies or defects in Vendor’s goods and services, should any arise.
TERMS OF CONTRACT 1.1 The Contractor shall provide the Authority with the Goods and/or Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract which shall comprise of all of the documents set out below in paragraph 1.2 (as the same may be supplemented or varied from time to time).
