Successors in Interest of Limited Partners. Any person becoming entitled to any Units in consequence of the death, incapacity or bankruptcy of any Limited Partner, or otherwise by operation of law, shall be recorded in the Register as a Limited Partner and as the holder of such Units only upon production of evidence satisfactory to the Registrar and Transfer Agent of such entitlement, upon delivery of such a Transfer Form and Power of Attorney and other documentation as the General Partner and the Registrar and Transfer Agent shall request, acting reasonably, duly completed and properly executed, upon compliance with and subject to the provisions of Article 5, and upon delivery to the Registrar and Transfer Agent of such other evidence, approvals and consents in respect of such entitlement as the Registrar and Transfer Agent may require or as may be required by law.
