Common use of Subsurface Borings & Material Testing Clause in Contracts

Subsurface Borings & Material Testing. If tests, additional to those provided for in Exhibit A, are required for design, Consulting Engineer/Architect shall prepare specifications for the taking of the additional borings. Such Subsurface Borings and Testing, as defined herein, shall be provided by Consulting Engineer/Architect or its subcontractors and compensated as an Additional Service.
