Substitution of public holidays. Subject to any Act or Regulation of State or Federal Parliament, the Employer and a majority of any affected employees, or the Employer and any individual employee may agree in accordance with clause 21.2(b) (agreement by majority or individual agreement) to substitute another day for any of the Public Holidays set out in clause 15.1.
