Common use of Substitution of Days Clause in Contracts

Substitution of Days. Where the Employer and the employee(s) concerned agree, another day may be substituted for any of the above public holidays except for Anzac Day and Labour Day. The substituted day then becomes the public holiday for the purposes of this Agreement.
