Common use of Substitution of Concessionaire Clause in Contracts

Substitution of Concessionaire. At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders‟ Representative, the Authority shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

Substitution of Concessionaire. At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, the Authority shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.132.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, on behalf of Senior LendersXxxxxxx, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, the Authority SDMC shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.119.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

Substitution of Concessionaire. ‌ At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Lenders’, the Lenders’ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, the Authority shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.1, 24.1 for enabling the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

Substitution of Concessionaire. At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Lenders' Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders‟ Lenders' Representative, the Authority shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.134.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Lenders' Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

Substitution of Concessionaire. At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, the Authority Lead ULB shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.127.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

Substitution of Concessionaire. At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder there under from the Lenders‟ RepresentativeLenders’ Representative there under, the Authority shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days eighty)days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.132.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders‟ RepresentativeLenders’ Representative thereunder, the Authority shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.129.3, for enabling the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, the Authority shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.1Article28.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder there under from the Lenders‟ Representative, the Authority MOR shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.133.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

Substitution of Concessionaire. At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, the Authority shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.128.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

Substitution of Concessionaire. 9.4.1 At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder there under from the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, the Authority shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.19.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

Substitution of Concessionaire. At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder there under from the Lenders‟ Representative, the Authority shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 90 (one hundred and eightyninety) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.123.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

Substitution of Concessionaire. At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder there under from the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, the Authority MOR shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.133.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

Substitution of Concessionaire. 28.4.1 At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders‟ Representative, the Authority shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.128.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

Substitution of Concessionaire. At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, the Authority MPRDC shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

Substitution of Concessionaire. At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Lenders' Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders‟ Lenders' Representative, the Authority GMCBL shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.117.8.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Lenders' Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

Substitution of Concessionaire. At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Lenders' Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders‟ Lenders' Representative, the Authority shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.133.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Lenders' Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, the Authority shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.129.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, the Authority shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.131.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Lenders' Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder there under from the Lenders‟ Lender's Representative, the Authority AMC shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.1Article 11A.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Lenders' Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, the Authority shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.137.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders‟ RepresentativeLenders’ Representative thereunder, the Authority shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.1Article 32.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, the Authority SDMC shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.119.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Lenders' Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders‟ Lenders' Representative, the Concessioning Authority shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.130.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Lenders' Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

Substitution of Concessionaire. At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders‟ Representative, the Authority shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.137.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders‟ RepresentativeLenders’ Representative thereunder, the Authority GOTN, HD shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Lenders’ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.
