Substitute Holidays. Employees expressly required by their supervisor to work on the day a holiday is observed or employees whose normally scheduled day off falls on an observed holiday shall be provided a substitute holiday within the next ninetyninety (90) calendar days scheduled either at the discretion of the Department or the request of the employee subject to Management approval. Part-time employees who are employed on a fifty percent (50%) or more basis shall be provided a substitute holiday under the same conditions on a pro- rated basis.
