Substitute Custodians. 1. Effective June 2, 2017 substitute custodians shall become members in the Unit and subject to the terms of the parties Collective Bargaining Agreement as set forth in this article. 2. Substitute Custodians are subject to the following articles without modification: Article 1- Agreement Article 2-Annual Meeting of the Union and FUSD Article 5-California State Dis ability Insurance Article 6-Completion of Meet & Negotiation Article 7-Concerted Activities Article 8-District Rights Article 9-Drug & School Testing Procedures Article 12-Employee Organization Rights Article 13-Employee Rights Article 15-Grievance Procedure Article 20- Nondiscrimination Article 21-Overpayment Article 22-Payroll Deductions Article 23-Program Implementation Article 25-Recognition Article 26- Reemployment Article 28-Safety Conditions Article 31-Savings Provision Article 33-Support of Agreement Article 35-Term Article 38-Work Out of Class Other Provisions 3. Substitute Custodians shall not be subject to the following articles:
