Substitute Calling. Employees who are assigned substitute calling duties beyond their regular workday shall be paid a minimum of one half (1/2) hour pay for each day those duties are assigned. At any time, should the time spent on such duties exceed one half (1/2) hour, employees will be compensated for all time worked.
