Common use of Substantiation Clause in Contracts

Substantiation. The Executive must: (a) provide receipts or other documentary evidence of payment satisfactory to the Employer and the purpose of each expense in a form reasonably required by the Employer to support each claim for reimbursement; and (b) keep those records of expenses reasonably required by the Employer to meet income tax, fringe benefits tax and other statutory requirements.
