Subsidy During Family and Medical Leave. For an employee who is on family or medical leave, under the provisions of Article 7.5 of this MOU, Management shall continue the City's medical and dental plan subsidies. Employees shall be eligible for such continued subsidy for a maximum of nine (9) pay periods from the qualifying date of the family or medical leave, including the paid and the unpaid portions of the leave.
