Subsequent Years. For calendar years after 2015, the minimum spending commitment (which will be subject to Section 8.1.4 below) will be negotiated and mutually agreed by the Parties in June of the preceding year (e.g., the minimum spending commitment amount for 2016 would be negotiated in June 2015), taking into account appropriate factors and considerations, including appropriate growth rates.
