Mandated Costs Sample Clauses
Mandated Costs. CITY shall pay all costs which are mandatory as of the effective date of this agreement for any city police force to pay pursuant to state or federal statute or case law, if such costs are not included in the agreed-to costs enumerated in the Joint Operating and Financial Plan. Further, CITY shall pay any mandatory costs that shall become operational during the term of this Agreement.
Mandated Costs. The Charter School shall obtain its claiming number from the State Controller’s Office and shall complete and file its own mandated cost reimbursement claims. Monies received from mandated cost reimbursements shall not be included in the definition of “revenue” for purposes of calculating any fee in this MOU.
