Subscription Software and Support Services. Subject to an Authorized User’s payment of an annual Subscription Fee, annual Support Services Fees, and/or Professional Services fees and Authorized User’s compliance with this Agreement, LANDesk shall provide such Authorized User with the Subscription Software, Support Services, and/or Professional Services as set forth herein.
