Subscription Software Period Sample Clauses

Subscription Software Period. Subscription Software is provided by LANDesk to an Authorized User on an annual subscription basis only. The subscription period begins on the date identified on the applicable Purchase Order and ends one (1) year thereafter (“Subscription Period”). At the expiration of a subscription period, the Authorized User may at its sole discretion, issue a new Purchase Order for an additional “Subscription Period” at the then negotiated fee.
