Support Services Period Sample Clauses
Support Services Period. Core provides standard Support Services or premium Support Services for the applicable Support Services period set forth in the Core Quotation. Upon the expiration of the applicable Support Services period, Core shall continue to perform such Support Services upon renewal of Support Services by Licensee at Core’s applicable fees.
Support Services Period. Support Services are provided by LANDesk to an Authorized User on an annual basis only. The initial period of Support Services begins on the date identified on the applicable Purchase Order and ends one (1) year thereafter (“Support Period”). At the expiration of the Support Period the Authorized User may at its sole discretion, issue a new purchase order for an additional “Support Period” at the then negotiated fee. .
