Common use of Subscription Fee Clause in Contracts

Subscription Fee. 4.1. Unless otherwise specified in an Offering Document, the Subscription Fee is payable by the Subscriber in full, annually in advance, in accordance with the payment terms set forth in the General Terms. Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, all payments are non-refundable. Subscription Licenses may not be returned or exchanged. 4.2. The parties agree that Cohesive may increase the License Fee once per Subscription Term, provided that (i) Cohesive provides Subscriber written notice of such increase at least ninety (90) days prior to the end of the then current Subscription Term, and such price increase shall become effective on commencement of the next renewal term.
