Verification of the Registration of E - Bidders 6.1. Registration shall subject to verification and approval of the Auctioneer’s website and subject further to bank’s clearance of deposit payment. Please take note that approval from the Auctioneer’s administrator may take at least 1 working day and any improper, incomplete registration or late registration may be rejected at the sole discretion of the Auctioneer. Abuse Registry The Contractor agrees not to employ any individual, use any volunteer, or otherwise provide reimbursement to any individual in the performance of services connected with this agreement, who provides care, custody, treatment, transportation, or supervision to children or vulnerable adults if there is a substantiation of abuse or neglect or exploitation against that individual. The Contractor will check the Adult Abuse Registry in the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living. Unless the Contractor holds a valid child care license or registration from the Division of Child Development, Department for Children and Families, the Contractor shall also check the Central Child Protection Registry. (See 33 V.S.A. §4919(a)(3) & 33 V.S.A. §6911(c)(3)).
Notice to the Union At the time notice of displacement is issued, a copy of the notice shall be sent to the Union xxxxxxx.
Duties of the Registrar The Registrar will keep a record (the “Register”) of the names and addresses of the Holders, the Notes held by each Holder and the transfer, exchange, repurchase, Redemption and conversion of Notes. Absent manifest error, the entries in the Register will be conclusive and the Company and the Trustee may treat each Person whose name is recorded as a Holder in the Register as a Holder for all purposes. The Register will be in written form or in any form capable of being converted into written form reasonably promptly.
Periodic Access to Thin Registration Data In order to verify and ensure the operational stability of Registry Services as well as to facilitate compliance checks on accredited registrars, Registry Operator will provide ICANN on a weekly basis (the day to be designated by ICANN) with up-‐to-‐date Registration Data as specified below. Data will include data committed as of 00:00:00 UTC on the day previous to the one designated for retrieval by ICANN.

Notification of Dispute If You or We consider that a dispute has arisen in relation to this agreement (either during the Services, or after they have been completed), written notice of the dispute will be given to the other party. Even if that notice is given, You and We must continue to perform any obligations outstanding by Us under the agreement.
