Common use of SUBMISSIONS Clause in Contracts

SUBMISSIONS. You represent that you have the necessary rights and licenses to any files submitted to Comodo for scanning. You also represent that your submission of files to Comodo will not violate any third party rights to such files, including intellectual property rights and rights to privacy. Any communications sent to Comodo are the property of Comodo or its affiliates. Unless stated otherwise herein, submissions are not considered confidential, and Comodo is not liable for any use or disclosure of a submission. Except as noted herein, Comodo is entitled to unrestricted use of any submissions for any purpose whatsoever without compensation to the provider of the submission.
