Subcontractor / Supplier Contracts. The General Contractor shall enter into written contracts with its subcontractors and suppliers, and those written contracts shall be consistent with this Contract For Construction. It is the intent of the Owner and the General Contractor that the obligations of the General Contractor’s subcontractors and suppliers inure to the benefit of the Owner and the General Contractor, and that the Owner be a third-party beneficiary of the General Contractor’s agreements with its subcontractors and suppliers.
