Common use of Subcontractor Coordination Clause in Contracts

Subcontractor Coordination. If the subcontractor, consultant, or agent is retained by the Contractor to perform any of the work required by this section of the Contract, the subcontract shall include all of this section, with appropriate adjustments for the subcontract, and include the Regulatory Specialist or other authorized employee of the Contractor as the point of contact for the submittals and communications between the subcontractor and the Government. The Contractor shall remain responsible for compliance with this section and all other portions of the Contract and shall sign all certifications required by the Contract.
