Subcontractor Coordination Sample Clauses
The Subcontractor Coordination clause establishes the requirement for the main contractor to effectively manage and synchronize the activities of all subcontractors involved in a project. This typically involves setting clear communication protocols, scheduling work to avoid conflicts, and ensuring that each subcontractor’s tasks are integrated smoothly with the overall project timeline. By mandating coordination, the clause helps prevent delays, overlaps, and misunderstandings, thereby promoting efficient project execution and minimizing disruptions.
