Common use of Subcontracting of Services Clause in Contracts

Subcontracting of Services. 3.1 The handling Company is entitled to delegate any of the agreed services to subcontractors with the Carrier's consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. It is understood that, in this case, the Handling Company shall nevertheless be responsible to the Carrier for the proper rendering of such services as if they had been performed by the Handling Company itself. Any subcontracting of services and the provider(s) thereof, will be recorded in the Annex(es) B.
