Common use of Subagreements Clause in Contracts

Subagreements. Subrecipient may enter into agreements (hereafter “subagreements”) for performance of the Project. Subrecipient shall use its own procurement procedures and regulations, provided that the procurement conforms to applicable Federal and State law (including without limitation ORS chapters 279A, 279B, 279C, and that for contracts for more than $150,000, the contract shall address administrative, contractual or legal remedies for violation or breach of contract terms and provide for sanctions and penalties as appropriate, and for contracts for more than $10,000 address termination for cause or for convenience including the manner in which termination will be effected and the basis for settlement).
