Immigration Requirements. THE CARRIER may reimburse tickets in cities different from the city where the sale originated, if and only if the Passenger proves to have citizenship or legal residence in such country where the refund is requested, or that he has transportation means to exit the country. Immigration regulations require THE CARRIER to ensure that all Passengers that are not citizens or residents have transportation means to exit the country.

(1) For Exchange Visitors traveling to the United States, the Subrecipient must ensure that all USAID/Internews-sponsored Exchange Visitors obtain, use, and comply with the terms of the J-1 visa, issued in conjunction with a USAID-issued Certificate of Eligibility for J-1 Visa Status (DS-2019), obtained from USAID through Internews.

The University’s Policy on UKVI Student Route Compliance, prescribes how the University discharges these responsibilities. The Policy extends to all international students studying at all University campuses within the UK.

Immigration Requirements. The student is required to comply with the relevant UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) requirements in relation to any periods as a visiting student at UoL (which must be less than six months duration).1 UoL will be the immigration sponsor of the student under this agreement when they study at Liverpool and will be responsible for issuing a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) for the period stipulated in the offer letter. While the student is studying in the UK under a Tier 4 visa they must be located at UoL and are required to study on a full-time basis (or in accordance with the terms of their visa). Their engagement with the research programme will be monitored by UoL for immigration purposes. The acceptance of the student as an off-site research student by the Partner shall be subject to the student complying with the required visa regulations of «Pcountry».
Immigration Requirements. We will initiate the process with the Canadian government to secure a visa for you as quickly as possible so you will be allowed to work in Canada. This will be at Canada Goose’s expense. Employment is conditional upon securing and maintaining the necessary authorization for you to work in Canada. If you voluntarily terminate your employment with Canada Goose within two years from your relocation date, you will be required to reimburse the Company for the expenses incurred for this process.

Immigration Requirements. The Parties will comply with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (“IRCA”) and will permit inspection of its personnel records to verify such compliance. To the extent applicable under A.R.S. § 41-4401, each Party warrants compliance with all federal immigration laws and regulations that relate to its employees and compliance with the E-verify requirements under A.R.S. § 23-214(A). Each Party has the right to inspect the papers of the other Parties participating in this Agreement to ensure compliance with this paragraph. A Party’s breach of the above-mentioned warranty shall be deemed a material breach of the Agreement and may result in the termination of the Agreement.
